August 16, 2023— Fran B. and I found a survey mark nail at the corner in the centerline. I also
found an
iron pipe lying flat under pavement approximately 1.5' north of the survey mark nail. It is not know when,
how, or by whom this corner location was established. This position fits occupation very well and
has been
used by many surveyors over the years. This position also fits all local surveys well. I believe the
found
survey mark nail to be the best available evidence of the corner location. I established 4 ties as
shown on
previous sheet.
October 12, 2023— B. King found 1-1 /4" iron pipe per CSM 33-7362
