The conduit is broken at the well head. The pressure gauge is bad at the pressure tank. The septic tank needs a 1' riser added and a vent cap added to the drainfield. Septic System maintance information: Pump tank every 3 years and clean effluent filter if installed once a year. For further information, contact your local zoning office.
