Said Lot 26 being located in part of the SW % of the NEl/4 of Section 5, T29N, R17W, Town of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Dear Mr. Schreiber Along with this letter is a partial copy of plat of Farm View Ridge. This plat is recorded is in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. On that copy I have circled in red the survey markers on Lot 26 the markers that we found in place and have confirmed that their current positions agree with the original plat. Per our contract, we have found and confirmed the indicated markers delineating the corners of Lot 26. All corner markers of concern were in place and appeared to be undisturbed and in their original position. This letter is given to certify that I have found the indicated iron markers and located them to be in their original position according to Lot 26 of the plat of Farm View Ridge. The survey work completed does not attempt to replace, modify, or supersede the current boundary or plat of record. The purpose of this survey work was to confirm that the markers indicated on the copy of the Certified Survey Map that accompanies this letter agree with the positions as they were set originally and to certify the position of the markers.
