August 16, 2023— Fran B. and I visited this corner and found a survey mark nail at the corner in good
condition. I found 1 tie of record and established 3 new ties. It is not known how or when this corner was
established. I believe the corner to have been established by Ogden Engineering sometime in the 1970's. This
position fits well with occupation and with the survey's of record. That said I believe the found survey mark
nail to be the best location for the corner.
February 20, 2024— J. Granberg found steel survey nail per MOS
