October 9, 2006— J. Granberg found 1-1/8" rebar per CSM 22-5347
August 16, 2023— Fran B. and I visited this corner and found a 1-1 /4" iron rebar 2' west of a fence
corner post up +-15" and leaning. I searched for previous ties but did not find any. I plumbed the rebar
and established 4 new ties as shown on previous sheet. This corner appears to be set at occupation. Though
it is unclear who set the rebar or when, I believe the found rebar to be the best location for the corner.
