Room 1216, Government Center Building, Hudson
CALL TO ORDER - Chair Wentz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL - Wentz, Gunderson
Also in attendance: Whiting, Hillstead, Mikla, Robole and Thompkins
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bi-weekly construction meeting.
A quorum of the Committee was in attendance for the bi-weekly construction meeting. Donna
from Dell ran the discussion. The project is progressing as planned. The Committee did not
conduct any other business. Donna from Dell will have her own notes of the meeting produced for
review.
2. Next Meeting - September 10, 2003 Construction meeting.
