October 8, 2003 Huber Building Committee Meeting Minutes
Community Room, Government Center Building, Hudson
CALL TO ORDER - Chair Wentz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL - Wentz, Gunderson
Also in attendance: Whiting, Robole, Humphrey, Larson and Thompkins
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bi-weekly construction meeting. Donna Rodgers from Dell opened the meeting. Several sub-
contractors were present and reviewed the project status. They have set the pre-cast, poured
floors, started roofing and expect the bricking to be done soon. There are some delays in the
stone placement.
2. Thompkins brought forward four minor project revisions (detailed descriptions can be viewed in
the Administrative Coordinator's project file), three of them cost additions and one a credit
totaling approximately $1,350.
Motion by Gunderson, second by Wentz to approve the four noted project revisions. Motion
passed unanimously.
3. Next Meeting - October 22, 2003 Construction meeting.
