CALL TO ORDER - Chair Wentz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL - Wentz, Gunderson, Erickson
Also in attendance: Speer, Whiting, Best, Robole, Hillstead, Larson, Hillestead, and Thompkins
ACTION ON PREVIOUS MINUTES: November 19, 2003
Motion by Gunderson, second by Erickson to approve the minutes of the November 196' meetings. Motion passed
unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bi-weekly construction meeting. Donna Rodgers from Dell opened the meeting. Several sub-
contractors were present and reviewed the project status. It was noted the windows had to be
reorder due to an error in sizing. Rodgers noted the new windows would not be delivered until
February, causing a delay in the closing of the project. Larson was asked to assist in dealing with
this.
2. A sink and fountain issue was discussed with contractors and resolved
3. It was noted that grouting on existing showers had deteriorated. Motion by Erickson, second by
Gunderson to allow for up to $2,000 of time and materials to be spent for addressing the grout in existing
showers. Motion passed unanimously.
4. The masonry contractor reviewed caulking seams versus tuck-pointing. It was agreed that caulking would
suffice.
5. It was noted that security access panels for fan vents were needed. Motion by Gunderson, second by
Erickson to approve a change order for $1,390 for security access panels for fan vents. Motion passed
unanimously.
6. Next Meeting - December 17, 2003 Construction meeting.
