:CALL TO ORDER - Chair Wentz called the meeting to order at io:oo a.m.

Also in attendance: Whiting, Humphrey, Hillstead, best and Thompkins

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bi-weekly construction meeting.
A quorum of the Committee was in attendance for the bi-weekly construction
meeting. Donna from Dell ran the discussion, mainly with subcontractors
Bartingale and NEI on the job. Robole reviewed the fire alarm system. All reports
were satisfactory. The Committee did not conduct any other business. Donna from
j Dell will have her own notes of the meeting produced for review.
2. Next Meeting - August 27 Construction meeting.
