Room 1216, Government Center Building, Hudson
CALL TO ORDER - Chair Wentz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL - Wentz, Gunderson, Erickson
Also in attendance: Malick, Whiting, Robole and Thompkins
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Bi-weekly construction meeting.
A quorum of the Committee was in attendance for the bi-weekly construction meeting. Donna
from Dell ran the discussion. A number of subcontractors were present. The project is
progressing as planned although some concerns were expressed about the timeliness of the mason.
The Committee did not conduct any other business.
2. Next Meeting - September 24, 2003 Construction meeting.
