Resolution Awarding the Sale of $10,000,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 2014A; Providing the Form of the Notes; And Levying a Tax in Connection Therewith The Committee discussed the bids that were taken on August 4th. The County's bond rating is Aa1, which represents an upgrade since 2010. Factors included: fiscal stewardship, fast growth, property values, location, strong funjd balance and low debt burden. Motion by Sjoberg, 2nd by Kiesler to approve the Resolution for submission to the County Board Meeting. Resolution Approving Labor Agreement Between St. Croix County and the Wisconsin Professional Police Association/Law Enforcement Employee Relations (WPPA/LEER) Union for 2013-2015 Committee discussed the resolution to approve the labor agreement between St Croix County and the Wisconsin Professional Police Assocation/Law Enforcement Employee Relations. Motion by Berke, 2nd by Achterhof to move the Resolution to approve.
