Resolution Awarding the Sale of $10,000,000 General Obligation Health Center Bonds, Series 2015a; Providing the Form of the Bonds; and Levying a Tax in Connection Therewith Joe Murray, St Croix County's Financial Consultant from Springstead Inc- presented information regarding the sale of the bonds. He indicated that the County's AA1 credit rating was affirmed by Moody's Investor Services, which is the second highest credit rating that you can receive. A handout was presented to the Committee outlining the bids received. This will be attached to the minutes. Mr. Murray addressed and answered questions from the Committee. Motion by Berke, 2nd by Kiesler to approve Resolution Awarding the Sale of $10,000,000.
