Resolution Reallocating 2016 County Payments to Municipal Libraries for Library Services Under Wis. Stat. §43.12 Motion by Sjoberg, 2nd by Kiesler to bring the Resolution to the floor. Motion by Sjoberg, 2nd by Berke to postpone action on the Resolution vote until the next Administration Committee meeting and direct Finance to place the remaining 30% into escrow until there can be further discussion with the Library Planning Committee.
