1. Financial Reports
Administrator Thompson reviewed January 2018 financial reports. Finance Director
Mittet reported December sales tax finished strong and put total sales tax at $7.775
million, well over budget.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Resolution Amending 2018 Budget (2)
Administrator Thompson reviewed the resolution for budget amendment #2. The
amendment is a shift in FTE within the parks division between positions. Moved by
Berke, seconded by Ard to recommend resolution on budget amendment 2018(2). Motion
carried 5-0.

3. Resolution Amending Personnel Policy Manual - Position Categories
Administrator Thompson reviewed policy revision dealing with position categories. The
policy change allows the County Administrator to reallocate resources within a budget
year. Human Resource Director Davies-Fox pointed out the changes compared to the
current policy. No action taken, bring back to next meeting.
