APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Administration Committee – Regular Meeting – November 19, 2018 5:00 PM

1. Financial Report for November 2018
Administrator Thompson reviewed financial report.
RESULT: NO ACTION
2. Tax Deed Bid Consideration
RESULT: NO ACTION
3. Resolution Approving Labor Agreement between St. Croix County and Local 453 of
the Wisconsin Professional Police Association/Law Enforcement Employee Relations
Division for 2019 - 2021
Corporation Counsel Cox reviewed WPPA union contract settlement. Moved by
Fosterling, seconded by Leibfried to recommend approval of resolution approving labor
agreement with St. Croix County Local 453 WPPA. Motion carried 5-0.

4. Report on Wage Grid Study in 2019
HR Director Davies-Fox reviewed compensation study proposal. Funding was approved
last month from the contingency fund. The study will be done the first quarter of 2019.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Administrator Thompson reported on internally promoted employee that received a pay
increase greater than 5% per employee policy. The new Jail Captain has received an 11%
increase with the promotion.
January and February meetings will be moved forward one day due to holidays.
