1. Financial Report for July 2019
Administrator Thompson presented July financial reports.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
2. Consideration of Self-Funded Health Insurance Plan Design Changes for 2020
Assistant County Administrator Witt reviewed proposed self-funded health insurance
plan changes. Moved by Sjoberg, seconded by Hable to approve health insurance plan
changes. Motion carried 4-0.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Audit Report for 2018
Brock Geyen from Clifton Larson Allen, LLP presented draft audit report summary.
Subject to final revisions as the report is just now being wrapped up. Final report will be
presented at the September County Board meeting.
