BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Closed Session: The Administration Committee will go into closed session pursuant
to Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) for negotiating the sale of the Highway Facility in Hammond
Moved by Sjoberg, seconded Fosterling to go into closed session. Motion carried 4-0.
Closed session discussion occurred here.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

AYES: Roy Sjoberg, Dan Fosterling, David Peterson, Nancy Hable

2. Reconvene into open session to report and/or take action on items discussed in
closed session
Moved by Sjoberg, seconded by Fosterling to reconvene into open session. Motion
carried 5-0. Open session at 4:40PM.

3. Resolution Approving Sale of Highway Facility in Hammond
Moved by Fosterling, seconded by Hable to accept sale of Hammond property with
signed tower lease before closing. Motion carried 4-1 with Sjoberg voting against.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [4 TO 1]

SECONDER: Nancy Hable, Supervisor
