BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Contract for County Administrator Search
HR Director Tarra Davies-Fox indicated no changes. Corporation Counsel Scott Cox
indicated he has some changes but nothing substantive.
RESULT: DISCUSSED-NO ACTION
2. Search Process and Timeline for Recruitment of County Administrator
Administration Committee members introduced themselves to Slavin Consultants. Bob
Slavin and David Krings provided a background of their company and their recruitment
process. Long suggested the selection committee consist of the five standing committee
chairs and a citizen member. Davies-Fox will serve as the liaison. Slavin requested the
county's organizational chart and community information from chambers of commerce.
Kastonek will gather chamber information.

3. County Administrator Job Description
Slavin reported the profile they create should be consistent with the job description.
Discussion regarding changes to Education and/or Experience Requirements. Davies-Fox
will be suggesting some changes.
