1. Resolution Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of a $2,422,000 General Obligation
Promissory Note, Series 2020A
Assistant County Administrator Witt reviewed refinancing plan. Refinanced $2.4M from
3.25% to 1.61% saving $122,541 over the next six years of payment. Original loan was
State Trust Fund Loan for 2016 CIP projects. Moved by Fosterling, seconded by
Moothedan to recommend Resolution refinancing debt. Motion carried 4-0.
