County Administrator Thompson explained the financial report.

Moved by Moothedan, seconded by Hable to recommend resolutions. Motion carried 3-
0.

4. Elected Official Wages for 2021-2024
Administrator Thompson explained elected officials wages resolution. Moved by
Moothedan, seconded by Hable to recommend resolution on elected officials wages.
Motion carried 3-0.

5. Review of Budget and Strategic Planning Timelines for 2020
Administrator Thompson reviewed the 2020 budget schedule. An RFP to update the
strategic planning is currently out for bids.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
6. Consideration of Changes to County Board Rules and Bylaws
Assistant County Administrator Witt reviewed recommended by-law changes. Staggering
of terms - yes. Dept Reports to end of agenda - yes. Public comment limit - no. Fair
Board membership from 3 to 2 - yes. Supervisor Moothedan, recommend review of
meeting start times - yes. The recommended changes will be drafted in resolution
format for the next meeting for action by the new County Board in May.
