1. Financial Report for May 2020
Administrator Thompson reviewed May financial reports.
2. Resolution Authorizing Transfer of Property to the City of Hudson
Moved by Koch, seconded by Ard to recommend approval of resolution for land transfer
to the City of Hudson. Motion carried 5-0.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Carah Koch, Supervisor
SECONDER: Scottie Ard, Vice Chair
AYES: Bob Long, Carah Koch, Scottie Ard, David Peterson, William Peavey
3. Resolution Adopting Personnel Policy Changes
HR Director Davies-Fox reviewed 3 personnel policy changes. Moved by Koch, seconded
by Peavey to recommend approval of resolution adopting 3 personnel policies with
removal of one year limit in breastfeeding policy. Motion carried 5-0.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

4. Review of Capital Improvement Projects
New capital projects reviewed by Assistant County Administrator Witt.
RESULT: DISCUSSED
5. Consideration of Creating Subcommittee - Economic Relief and Recovery Task Force
Moved by Ard, seconded by Koch to create subcommittee. Motion carried 5-0. Chair
Long appointed Bob Long, Dave Peterson, Paul Berning and Bill Rubin to the task force
with support by County staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
