Administrator Witt discussed the financial report for November 2022.

2. Resolution Approving a Quit Claim Deed Between the County of St. Croix and the
City of Glenwood City
Administrator Witt explained the quit cla im deed between St. Croix County and the City
of Glenwood City. Berning motioned, Long second to recommend the quit claim deed
between St. Croix County and the City of Glenwood City. Motion carried 5 -0.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

3. Resolution Authorizing Additional Step Increases for Certified Nursing Assistant
Positions
Director of Human Resources, Audrie Haycraft, requ ested for an additional step increase
for Certified Nursing Assistant positions. Feidler motioned, Berning second for an
additional step increase for Certified Nursing Assistant positions. Motion carried 5 -0.
RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

4. Reclassification Request for Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor to Clinical Supervisor
(CSAC-CS)
Director of Human Resources, Audrie Haycraft, requested the reclassification for Clinical
Substance Abuse Counselor to Clinical Supervisor (CSAC -CS). Berning motioned,
Counter seconded to approve the reclassification of Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor
to Clinical Supervisor (CSAC -CS). Motion carried 5-0.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

compensation categories. Feidler motioned, Counter second to amend special
compensation categories. Motion carried 5 -0.

7. Consideration of Mandated/Discretio nary Services - Finance and County Treasurer
Administrator Witt discussed the mandated/discretionary services for Finance and the
County Treasurer, Denise Anderson, explained the mandated/discretionary services for
County Treasurer.
RESULT: DISCUSSED -NO A CTION
REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
Berning requested to discuss the Public Safety Referendum at the next meeting.
