Financial Report for January 2023 Administrator Witt discussed the financial report for January 2023. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Resolution Approving Alteration of Supervisory District Boundary- Village of Baldwin (Town of Hammond) County Clerk Christine Hines discussed the alteration of supervisory district boundary - Village of Baldwin. Feidler motioned, Counter second to approve the alteration of supervisory district boundary. Motioned carried 3-0. RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: Bob Feidler, Supervisor SECONDER: Scott Counter, Vice-Chair AYES: Carah Koch, Bob Feidler, Scott Counter EXCUSED: Bob Long, Paul Berning 3. Resolution Authorizing St. Croix County to Enter Into the Settlement Agreements with Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart, Agree to the Terms of the Agreement Allocating Settlement Proceeds, and Authorize Entry Into the Agreement with the Attorney General Corporation Council Heather Amos discussed authorizing St. Croix County to enter into settlement agreements to opioid litigation. Counter motioned, Feidler second to approve authorizing St. Croix County to enter into settlement agreements to opioid litigation. Motion carried 3-0. Motion carried 4-0.
