Financial Reports for March 2023 Administrator Witt discussed the financial reports for March 2023. RESULT: DISCUSSED 2. Resolution Approving Alteration of Supervisory District Boundary - City of Hudson (Town of Hudson) County Clerk Christine Hines informed the committee about the alteration of supervisory district boundary for the city of Hudson (town of Hudson). Motioned Berning, Counter second the resolution to alter supervisory district boundary for the city of Hudson (town of Hudson). Motion carried 4-0. RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: Paul Berning, Supervisor SECONDER: Scott Counter, Vice-Chair AYES: Bob Long, Carah Koch, Paul Berning, Scott Counter EXCUSED: Bob Feidler 3. Resolution Amending Discretionary Pay Policy for Health Care Campus Director of Human Resources Audrie Haycraft discussed to amend discretionary pay policy for Health Care Campus. Motioned Berning, second Long to amend discretionary pay policy for Health Care Campus. Motion carried 4-0. Consideration of Reclassification Request to Pool Together Facilities Maintenance Technicians I, II and III Director of Human Resources Audrie Haycraft discussed the reclassification request for Facilities Maintenance Technicians I, II, III. Motioned Long, second Berning to approve the reclassification request for Facilities Maintenance Technicians I, II, III. Motion carried 4-0. Consideration of Reclassification Request for Social Worker to Lead Social Worker in Behavioral Health Division Director of Human Resources Audrie Haycraft discussed the reclassification for Social Worker to Lead Social Worker in Behavioral Health Division. Motioned Long, second Counter to approve the reclassification for Social Worker to Lead Social Worker in Behavioral Health Division. Motion carried 4-0. Resolution Amending Budget to Utilize Fund Balance in 2023 and 2024 to Fund Public Safety Positions within the Sheriff's Office Supervisor Sherley discussed amending the budget to use fund balance to fund 17 public safety positions. Administrator Witt discussed an alternative to fund 4 positions. Motioned Long, second Feidler to recommend budget amendment to use fund balance to fund 4 public safety positions. Motioned carried 5-0. RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: Bob Long, Supervisor SECONDER: Bob Feidler, Supervisor AYES: Bob Long, Carah Koch, Paul Berning, Bob Feidler, Scott Counter 7. Resolution Establishing 2024 Budget Priorities Administrator Witt discussed establishing 2024 budget priorities based on the Committee of the Whole meeting. Motioned Counter, second Long to recommend 2024 budget priorities with switching 5 & 6. Motioned carried 5-0. RESULT: RECOMMENDED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: Scott Counter, Vice-Chair SECONDER: Bob Long, Supervisor AYES: Bob Long, Carah Koch, Paul Berning, Bob Feidler, Scott Counter REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Chair Koch would like to discuss a tuition reimbursement for employee retention.
