Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining
information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board Meetings.

1. Daniel Hegman, Variance to allow reconstruction of a nonconforming accessory structure
(deck) Town of St Joseph.
2. Richard Stout, Special Exception Permit to construct a 2-family dwelling.
3. Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel
for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to
be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved (Rivard/Kraemer
Company Quarry Special Exception Permit). Reconvene into open session for possible
action on closed session matter.
4. Roderick Rivard, Reconsideration of Special Exception Permit conditions for a
nonmetalic mining operation.
