The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, June 26,
2014, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to
consider the following requests under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board may view
the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.
CONDITIONAL USES and/or VARIANCES:
APPLICANT: Aaron and Rachel Hyman
LOCATION: SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 1, T31N, R19W, Town of Somerset
ADDRESS: 2308 80th St. New Richmond, WI
REQUEST: Conditional Use permit for a contractor storage yard in the Ag Residential District
pursuant to Section 17.15(6)(d) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICANT: Michael DeMulling
LOCATION: NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Sec 1, T31N, R19W, Town of Somerset.
ADDRESS: 715 Polk/St. Croix Rd, New Richmond, WI
REQUEST: Conditional Use permit to construct a cellular antenna tower (monopole) with
unmanned ground level telecommunication enclosure in an Agriculture District
pursuant to Section 17.14 (f) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

LOCATION: NE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 3 and NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 2, T30N, R19W,
Town of Somerset
ADDRESS: 180th Avenue, Somerset, WI
REQUEST: Conditional Use permit to renew a Non-Metallic Mining operation in the Ag
Residential District pursuant to Section 17.15(6)(g) of the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance.

LOCATION: Gov’t Lot 1 & 2, Section 13,T28N, R20W, Town of Troy
ADDRESS: Salishan Drive, River Falls, WI
REQUEST: Variance request for a reduction of the 200 foot setback from the St. Croix River
pursuant to Section 17.36 G.5.c.1) of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance
