CALL TO ORDER
Chair Malick called the meeting to order at 8:40 A.M. (Chair Malick opened the September
BOA meeting stating the date as August 28, 2014 when in fact the meeting was held on
September 25, 2014).

BUSINESS ITEMS
1.Ann Blide/Ben Hanke/Calda Donna and Bruce Lenzen Design Build LLC, Agent.
Variance request for a reduction of the 200 foot setback from the Ordinary High
Watermark of the St Croix River.
Motion by Sontag, 2nd by Peterson to recommend denial of the variance request. Motion
carried unanimously. (Specifics on file in the Community Development Department).
