RESULT:ACCEPTED
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1.Chevalier, Martin - Variance
Blackburn presented staff report for the Variance Request for a usable driveway.
Questions/Clarification were received from Board.
Applicants and Neighbors spoke in favor.
There were no comments in opposition.
Board Recessed at 9:50am
Board Reconvened at 10:00am
SITE VISITS
BUSINESS ITEMS
1.Chevalier, Martin. Usable Driveway for a new home.
Motion by Peterson, 2nd by Sontag to Table until we receive a response from
Corporation Counsel on the property owner's right to upgrade Cabin Lane to a town road.
Motion Carried Unanimously. (Specifics on File in the Community Development
Department).
