CALL TO ORDER
Chair Malick called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

1. Board of Adjustment - Regular Meeting - Dec 10, 2014 8:30 AM
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Hackman, Daniel and Carrie, Variance
Applicant Dan Hackman, started the meeting with a request to do a presentation. Chair
Malick asked that he wait until after the staff presentation.
Blackburn presented staff report for the Variance Request for an entryway expansion.
Questions and clarification were received from the Board. Exhibits 6, 7, and 8 were
distributed during the meeting and accepted by Chair Malick.
Dan and Carrie Hackman, Applicants spoke in favor.
John Comb, Custom Craft Builders spoke in favor.
There are no comments in opposition.
Recess 9:22 a.m.
Reconvened10:00 a.m.
Closed Hearing at: 12: 35 p.m.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Hackman, Daniel and Carrie, Variance request for an approximate 53 square foot
entryway expansion located 20.9 feet from the bluff line and onto a non-conforming
structure that is located partly within the slope preservation zone.
Motion by Peterson 2nd by Sontag to Deny. Motion carried unanimously.(Specifics on
file in the Community Development Department)
