1. Roderick Rivard et al, Temporary Conditional Use Permit for the establishment and
operation of a portable ready-mix concrete plant in the Rivard Quarry.
Blackburn will add condition: Applicant will consult with the Community Development
Department about the haul route before commencing operation.
