APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Board of Adjustment – Regular Meeting – March 26, 2015 8:30 AM
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Joseph Moelter- Request for Conditional Use Permit for Contractor Storage Yard
Chair opened the hearing at 08:37 a.m. Applicant answered BOA members questions. No
other hearing comments. Chair Malick closed the hearing at 08:48 a.m.. Board recessed
for five minutes. Board reconvened at 08:55 a.m.
SITE VISITS
BOA members decided a site visit was not necessary.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Joseph Moelter - Conditional Use Permit for a Contractor Storage Yard
Chair Malick suggested the proposed staff conditions require equipment be stored in the
buildings at night.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Discuss St. Croix Yacht Club site visit for June B.O.A. meeting.
Not discussed due to timing of posting.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
BOA training announced last month for May 7th in Menomonie, Dunn County, all BOA
members are registered. Logistics: CDD will send directions via email to all board members.
All members hope to attend.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING MAY 28, 2015 AT 8:30 A.M. IN HUDSON
Next meeting June 25th, 2015 possible Mr. Peterson will not be present.
