1. Cory Schroeder - Request for Conditional Use Permit -Renaissance Festival

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Request for Conditional Use Permit - Cory Schroeder - Renaissance Festival
Conditions of permit amended/ added: The applicant will provide Community Development staff
with a list of food and beverage vendors the Thursday prior to each event weekend so that staff is
able to confirm proper licensing/Public Health compliance; The applicant must notify the
Community Development Department, Public Health Department, St. Croix County Sheriff’s
Department, and Town of Glenwood at least 30 days prior to each scheduled event; A review of
the Conditional Use Permit will occur within one (1) year of issuance scheduled in April 2016 to
review conditions and compliance, at no cost to the applicant.

2. Discuss St. Croix Yacht Club site visit for June B.O.A. meeting.
Not doing a site tour as a board, Malick encouraged members to take a personal foot visit.
Blackburn handed out maps of the dredging area. If yacht club is not going to deposit
dredge spoils on land, then they will not need a permit from St. Croix County.
3. Closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel
for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to
be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become
involved.
4. Return to Open Session: Possible Action on Closed Session Item
No Action taken.
