The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, June 25th, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin,
to consider the following request under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board may view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.
CONDITIONAL USES and/or VARIANCES:

LOCATION: Multiple parcels in: Section 1 and N½ of Section 12, T29N, R19W, Town of St. Joseph, NW¼ of Section 6, T29N, R18W, Town
of Warren, and N½ of Section 12, T29N, R19W, Town of Hudson (see site map on the Community Development Department website).
ADDRESS: 871 County Rd E
REQUEST: Conditional Use Permit for a Limited Commercial Recreation Activity (Tough Mudder Event) in the Rural Residential and Shoreland Overlay Districts, pursuant to Section 17.15(6)(m)
of the St Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
