The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, July 23rd, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin,
to consider the following request under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board may view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.
CONDITIONAL USES and/or VARIANCES:
APPLICANT: Russ and Jeanette Utecht
LOCATION: The East ½ of the NE ¼, the NE ¼ of the SE ¼,and the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of section 21, T30N, R18W, Town of Richmond
ADDRESS: 1185 County Road G
REQUEST: Conditional use permit to renew a Non-Metallic Mining operation in the Rural Residential District pursuant to Section 17.15(6)(g) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.

LOCATION: West ½ of Gov’t lot 1 fractional, section 3, T30N, R15W, Town of Glenwood
ADDRESS: 3073 180th Avenue
REQUEST: Conditional Use Permit for a Livestock facility that exceeds one animal unit per acre of land suitable for animal waste utilization pursuant to Section 17.15 (6) (u) of
the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
