Droher gave staff report. Exhibit 7 Town of Stanton response received after files were
uploaded. Copies given to all present during meeting. Meeting back to order at 10:37am
after site visit completed.
Malick - proposing Schmit present copy of lease to CDD each year added to conditions
Hearing closed by Malick at 10:46 a.m. MOTION: Peterson approved the amended CUP
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Update to BOA Bylaws -Three year refiling and other updates
Denzer lead discussion on bylaws changes per the Board's request.
Amended with the small change to packet page 43 to include only the word three
wherever it replaces the word one, along with the other changes
RESULT: ADOPTED AS AMENDED [UNANIMOUS]
