B.) Remove "by appointment only" basis to welcome winery customers SITE VISITS Departed at 9:53 a.m., Returned at 11:03 a.m. BUSINESS ITEMS 1.Amendment to Conditional Use Permit to extend hours of operation - Andrzejczak - Town of Kinnickinnic Hearing opened at 8:39 a.m. Hearing closed at 11:12am. Changed wording in condition 1 to reflect ability to sell related items. Changed wording in condition 2 to reflect new hours and months of operation. Added condition 3. Changed condition 8 from 12 cars to 15 cars. MOTION: to approve amended CUP with changes as noted. RESULT:APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER:James Nelson, Citizen SECONDER:Buck Malick, Chair AYES:Buck Malick, David Peterson, David Niccum, James Nelson EXCUSED:Edward Sontag ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE Malick asked staff about state law regarding flood proofing with other methods besides fill. ADJOURN DATE OF NEXT MEETING No new submittals in October for the November meeting. Next week zoning staff are going to Calda Donna site for wetland deliniation with WDNR. If that turns out all right we will bring it forward to the December meeting. We would like 2 days for hearing and only that on the agenda. Dec 16-17 proposed by the CDC. That meeting date would accommodate the normal submittals from November 2nd also, should any come into the department by November 2nd. Ben Hanke present at meeting. Mallick requested possibly if visibility is an issue that Mr. Hanke construct with wood or some other materials a model of the structure.
