1. Conditional Use for Major Home Occupation and Variance for same - York - Town of
Somerset
SITE VISITS
All BOA members visited the site. Also included were Sarah Droher and Craig Dantoin from
Community Development and Joe Miller from the public audience.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use & Variance for Major Home Occupation Permit - York - Town of
Somerset
Amend Staff Recommendation 3, change wording from "physical walls" to "painted
stripes". Motion by Nelson, Seconded by Niccum. Malick Nay, Peterson Aye, Niccum
Aye, Nelson Aye, Sontag Aye. Motion Passed.
MOTION: Approve Conditional Use Permit for Major Home Occupation as amended.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
