CALL TO ORDER Chairman Malick called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM. Today's meeting is a continuation of the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment Meeting that began on Wednesday, January 20, 2016; and continued on Thursday, January 21, 2016. BUSINESS ITEMS: CONTINUATION FROM JANUARY 20, 2016 AND JANUARY 21, 2016 Discussion. The Board of Adjustment posed two questions to the applicant: 1) Do the applicant's have the right to build the proposed dry-land access on the existing easement if it reduces the rights of the other easement holders to access the river including the slough of the St. Croix River? 2) Do the applicants wish to submit an amended application proposing a much smaller, shorter house? This would require additional time, public notice, and new hearing. 1.Calda Donna, LLC/Ben Hanke Variance #1 Variance to the 200 foot setback requirement from the ordinary high water mark pursuant to Section 17.36 G.5.c.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance 2.Calda Donna, LLC/Ben Hanke Variance #2: Variance to the requirement that fill for the house extend 15 feet beyond the limits of the structure pursuant to section 17.40 G.3.b.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance 3.Calda Donna, LLC/Ben Hanke Variance #3: Variance to the 50' setback requirement from a wetland pursuant to section 17.30 G.2.a.2) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance 4.Calda Donna, LLC/ Ben Hanke Variance #4: Variance to the requirement that vegetation within the ordinary high water mark setback shall be left undisturbed pursuant to section 17.36 H.8.e.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance 5.Calda Donna, LLC/ Ben Hanke Conditional Use Permit to construct a stair way pursuant to section 17.36 H.12a of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Motion To:POSTPONE THIS MATTER UNTIL THE FEBRUARY 25TH BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING RESULT:APPROVED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER:David Peterson, Vice Chair SECONDER:Edward Sontag, Citizen AYES:Malick, Peterson, Niccum, Nelson, Sontag APPROVAL OF MINUTES Board of Adjustment – Regular Meeting – December 17, 2015 8:30 AM RESULT:ACCEPTED ADJOURN AT 10:50 A.M.
