1. Gillen Lime Quarry Renew Conditional Use Permit for Non-Metallic Mining
Blackburn presented.
MOTION to approve the renewal of the Non-Metallic Mining Conditional Use
Permit for the Gillen Lime Quarry in the Town of Erin Prairie.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Milestone Materials - Renew Conditional Use Permit for Non-Metallic Mining

MOTION to approve the renewal of the Non-Metallic Mining Conditional Use
Permit for the Milestone Materials Quarry in the Town of Springfield.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

3. WE Energies-Aune Trust - Conditional Use Permit for a Natural Gas Transfer Station
Dantoin presented
MOTION to approve the Conditional Use Permit for a Natural Gas Transfer
Station in the Town of Hammond.
4. Dorwes Farms - Conditional Use Permit - Town of Warren - Solar Farm
Recess 9:19 am - 09:30 am.
After consulting with the board members, Malick states no visit to the Milestone or
Gillen mines will take place today.
MOTION to approve as amended by BOA, remove condition to have screening, the
Conditional Use Permit for a Solar Farm in the Town of Warren.
RESULT: ADOPTED AS AMENDED [UNANIMOUS]

5. Conditional Use Permit Compliance Status Update - Ren in the Glen
Denzer introduced. Board asked questions. Various members of the Community
Development Department addressed.
6. Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)g to confer with legal counsel regarding
strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is involved, Calda
Donna
This item did not need to be a closed session.
Scott Cox, St. Croix County Corporation Counsel was present to discuss current case
pending with Calda Donna LLC. BOA made a decision. Appeal filed by lawyer.
Scheduling conference June 7, 9am. Judge Vlack is presiding. Board may attend hearing.
Cox will send scheduling order when available.
