1. Conditional Use Permit for Restroom Building - Emerson/Cricket Enterprises - Town of

Blackburn presented. Crystal Williamson answered questions from board. No one spoke
in opposition or any other comments. Closed at 08:49 a.m.
MOTION: To approve the request for a conditional use permit for a restroom
building in the Town of Cylon.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Conditional Use Permit - Contractors Storage Yard - Brockman - Town of Somerset
Dantoin presented. No questions from board. Applicant gave further information. No
other comments heard. Closed at 08:59 a.m.
MOTION: To approve the request for a conditional use permit for a contractor
storage yard in the Town of Somerset.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Dantoin presented. Stormwater and erosion control measures have been revised by the
applicant at the request of the Resource management staff of Community development
department. Sonnentag - has a copy of the Salishan plat for board to review. Total
disturbance about 40,000 sq. ft. Nothing further heard from board or public. Closed at
09:11 a.m.
MOTION: To approve the Conditional Use Permit request for filling and grading in
excess of 10,000 square feet. Town of Troy
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]
