Variance to Zoning Ordinance 17.36 I 3. b. - Clouthier - Town of St. Joseph
Hearing opened at 8:33 AM. Hearing closed at 8:52 AM
SITE VISITS
Board members were invited to take a site visit on their own prior to the meeting.
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Variance to Zoning Ordinance 17.36 I 3. b. - Clouthier - Town of St. Joseph
Droher presented. Exhibit 4 POWTS system inspection distributed to all board members.
A stormwater management plan is needed for this property. Applicant answers questions
posed from the board.
MOTION: To approve the variance as requested using the staff language for
conditions.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Denzer and Grabau reported on Murr case at the US Supreme Court on Monday, March 20, 2017
in Washington D.C.
6 BOA members will be attending the Zoning Board training through CLUE UW SP at the River
Falls City Hall on April 26th at 5:30PM .
Encourage attendance at the St. Croix River Conference April 21st. - Julie to send details to all
BOA members.
