Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the purpose of obtaining
information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County Board Meetings.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Conditional Use Permit to construct a lift according to Section 17.36 F.3.a.3) and to
fill and grade greater than 10,000 square feet or more outside of the slope
preservation zone according to Section 17.36 F.3.a.6) of the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance.
2. Conditional Use Permit to operate a Landscaping Business pursuant to section 17.18
(12) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
