2. Amend Conditional Use Permit - Non Metallic Mining -Mathy Construction- Town of
Springfield

1. Renew Conditional Use Permit- Non Metallic Mining - Rivard - Town of Somerset
Blackburn presented.
Malick recessed hearing at 8:48a.m. Resume at 10:10 a.m.
MOTION to approve Conditional Use Permit for Non-Metallic Mining as suggested
by staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Amend Conditional Use Permit - Non Metallic Mining -Mathy Construction- Town of
Springfield
Blackburn presented. Chairman Malick called for recess at 9:55 AM.
Discussed site visit. Olson - has visited site three times this summer. No point in visiting
either. Recess 9:58; Resume at 10:10 AM.
MOTION to approve the application with amendments as the staff has indicated
and have staff review towards the end of 2019 operating year.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Chairman Malick will not be present for October meeting on the 26th. Niccum may also miss the
October meeting.
