1. Conditional Use Request - St. Croix Electric Cooperative - Town of Troy
Mark Pendergast and Rob Dooly are present in the audience. Exhibit 4 letter from
neighbor in support will be added to the minutes.
SITE VISITS
No site visit
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Permit - St. Croix Electric Cooperative - Town of Troy
Blackburn presented. Grabau distributed exhibit 4 - letter from William L. Tilton. BOA
will not be doing a site inspection. Hearing opened at 8:35am. Hearing closed at 8:45am.
MOTION: To issue permit with conditions as listed by staff.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Thursday, October 26, 2017. Chairman Malick will not be present for October meeting. Mr.
Niccum will not be present at October meeting. Blackburn stated that an application for CUP for
Action Battery in Somerset to expand is slated for the October agenda. November 30th will be
the November meeting due to Thanksgiving being on the fourth Thursday (Nov 23rd).
