Blackburn presented. Recess hearing at 8:58a.m. for site visit. Resume hearing at
10:16a.m. Questions/observations from board members addressed by Blackburn and
Applicant. Hearing closed at 10:19 a.m.

Blackburn presented. Applicants answered questions from the Board.
MOTION to approve conditional use permit as presented by staff.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday on November 23, 2017, the Board of Adjustment will meet on
November 30, 2017.
Blackburn stated that there are no hearings set for the November meeting; board agrees to cancel.
December meeting moved to January due to holidays - Thursday, January 4, 2018. January
meeting on January 25, 2018.
