Hays presented staff report. Board asked questions and staff replied. Lewerer stated that
on 4/4/17 property was sold to Oevering.
MOTION: To approve with conditions as modified during meeting.
RESULT: APPROVED \[UNANIMOUS\]

2. Election of Chair and Vice Chair
Private ballot for nominations for Chairman - 4 Malick 1 Peterson. Private ballot for
voting for Chairman - 4 Malick 1 Peterson. Malick elected Chairman. Peterson
nominated for vice-chair by Niccum. Vice Chair - Peterson elected unanimously.
ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRESPONDENCE
Zoning workshop held last night in River Falls - summary given. Also discussed ponds and
paving.
