1. Board of Adjustment – Regular Meeting – October 26, 2017 8:30 AM
RESULT: ACCEPTED
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Roberts Concrete - Change the hours of operation - Town of Richmond
Hearing opened at 08:40 am. Blackburn presented. Presentation needs to be changed to
reflect 6am-6pm year round for crushing and screening. Hearing is still open. Nelson -
noticed logs on North side of lot. Hearing closed at 11:02 A.M.
SITE VISITS
Departed at 9:32 AM; returned at 10:59 AM
BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Request - Roberts Concrete - Town of Richmond
Exhibit 4, a letter from neighbor - Michael Sanders, was handed out. Blackburn
presented. After site visit board discussed the observations from site visit. Requested
change in hours for crushing and screening change to 6am to 6pm so it matches the hours
of hauling. Board will add no external crushing and sand and gravel only-crushing
limited to materials that are already onsite as of the date of this permit or part of the
naturally occurring product from the site.
MOTION: To approve this permit as amended during meeting.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

Agenda for St. Croix Summit April 24th was given to Board members.

DATE OF NEXT MEETING
This Board will need a special meeting with closed session to discuss recent court decision; Cox
will be available to meet on April 12th at 1:00PM . Other attorneys will also be present. Next
regular meeting: April 26, 2018.
