1. Conditional Use Permit - Town of Emerald - Mathy Construction - renewal for a non-
metallic mining operation, pursuant to Section 17.15 (6) (g) of the St Croix County
Zoning Ordinance
2. Conditional Use Permit - Town of Somerset - Brand Buggy LLC - To operate a Motor
Vehicle Dealership pursuant to Section 17.18 (9) (h) of the St. Croix County Zoning
Ordinance.
3. Conditional Use Permit - Town of Troy - Walsh - Filling and grading within 40 feet of the
slope preservation zone (17.36 F.3.a.5)) and filling and grading 10,000 square feet or
more outside of the slope preservation zone (17.36 F.3.a.6)).
