A quorum of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors (County Board) may be present at this
meeting. Therefore, this notice also serves as notice of a meeting of the County Board for the
purpose of obtaining information relating to subjects listed above for use at future County
Board Meetings.

1. Variance to the 200 foot setback requirement from the ordinary high water mark
pursuant to Section 17.36 G.5.c.1) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
2. Variance to the requirement that fill for the house extend at least 15 feet beyond
the limits of the structure pursuant to section 17.40 G.3.b.1) of the St. Croix
County Zoning Ordinance
3. Variance to the 50 foot setback requirement from a wetland pursuant to section
17.30 G.2.a.2) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
4. Variance to the requirement that vegetation within the ordinary high water mark
setback shall be left undisturbed pursuant to section 17.36 H.8.e.1) of the St.
Croix County Zoning Ordinance
