2. Conditional Use Request for Bed & Breakfast - Breci- Town of Star Prairie
Hearing opened at 8:46 a.m.; Closed at 12:50 p.m.
3. Conditional Use Request for Limited Commercial Recreational Activities - Breci- Town
of Star Prairie
Hearing joined with first 8:50 a.m.; Closed at 1:00 p.m.
SITE VISITS

BUSINESS ITEMS
1. Conditional Use Request for Contractor Storage Yard - Belisle - Town of Somerset
Nicole Hays, Land Use Technician II, presented the staff report and findings.
MOTION: To accept staff recommendations as presented and approve the
conditional use permit.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]
MOVER: Joe Miller, Alt. Citizen
SECONDER: David Peterson, Vice Chair
AYES: Buck Malick, David Peterson, James Nelson, Edward Sontag, Joe Miller
2. Conditional Use Request for Bed & Breakfast - Breci- Town of Star Prairie
Hays presented the staff report and findings. Board asked about definition of short-term.
MOTION: To accept the recommendations as presented by staff and to approve
the conditional use permit.
RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS]

SECONDER: Edward Sontag, Citizen

3. Conditional Use Request for Limited Commercial Recreational Activities - Breci- Town
of Star Prairie
Hays presented the staff report. Beth Berhour program manager at Soul Space Sanctuary
and Kara Breci founder of Soul Space Sanctuary spoke.
MOTION: To approve the conditional use permit based on the amended staff
recommendations and findings.
RESULT: ADOPTED AS AMENDED [UNANIMOUS]
